Each congressional district elector must cast their ballot for the presidential and vice presidential candidate who received the most votes in that district.

The 2 at-large electors must cast their ballots for the presidential and vice presidential candidate who received the highest number of votes statewide.

Political parties select their district and at-large electors through state conventions or state central committees, with certification to the State Board of Elections required within 2 days.
