Reduces the maximum signature requirement for State Senator nomination petitions from 3,000 to 2,500 qualified primary electors of the candidate's party in their legislative district.

Reduces the minimum signature requirement for Representative in the General Assembly nomination petitions from 500 to 250 qualified primary electors of the candidate's party in their representative district.

Reduces the maximum signature requirement for Representative in the General Assembly nomination petitions from 1,500 to 1,000 qualified primary electors of the candidate's party in their representative district.
