Amends Section 15-210 of the Revised Uniform Unclaimed Property Act to include automatic reinvestment of dividends or interest as an indication of an apparent owner's interest in property.

Moves automatic reinvestment language from an exclusion to an inclusion within the definition of activities that demonstrate ongoing interest in an account.

Maintains exception for recurring Automated Clearing House (ACH) debits or credits previously authorized by the apparent owner, which do not count as interest indicators.

Affects the timeframe for when property is presumed abandoned by resetting the clock based on the latest indication of owner interest.
