• Increases minimum coverage for bodily injury or death to two or more persons from $50,000 to $100,000 per accident.

• Increases minimum coverage for property damage from $20,000 to $40,000 per accident.

• Increases garagekeepers liability insurance requirement for tow truck operators from $25,000 to $50,000 for theft, loss, or damage to stored vehicles.

• Changes apply to insurance policies issued or renewed on or after January 1, 2015.
