IL HB2875

Requires each county to regulate and restrict the location and use of livestock management facilities using minimum standards from the state's Livestock Management Facilities Act, including setbacks, evaluations, calculations, definitions, construction standards, certification, and inspection provisions.

Mandates that county review and approval of livestock management facilities include at least one public hearing, witness testimony, and opportunity for public comment.

Requires counties to cooperate with the Department of Agriculture to fully comply with the Livestock Management Facilities Act, including provisions concerning public informational meetings and final determinations.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
