IL HB2921

Amends the Wildlife Code (520 ILCS 5/2.37) to establish a minimum age requirement for nuisance wildlife control permits.

Requires applicants to be at least 16 years of age to apply for a Class A permit or Class D Nuisance Wildlife Control Permit.

Authorizes the Department of Natural Resources to adopt rules necessary to implement the permit age requirements.

Applies to permits issued for removing or destroying wild birds or mammals causing property damage or posing risks to human health or safety.
