Amends the School Code to require school boards to publish a notice that the district's annual statement of affairs is available on the State Board of Education's website and in the district's main administrative office, rather than publishing a detailed summary of the statement.

Requires the published notice to include the full text of the link to the State Board of Education's website where the annual statement of affairs can be accessed.

Eliminates the requirement to publish detailed information in newspapers including summaries of operations, listings of payments over $2,500 per person, and personnel payment details.

Maintains requirements for statements to be submitted to the State Board of Education by December 1 annually and posted on the website by January 15, with enforcement mechanisms for non-compliance.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
