IL HB3027

Allows the Secretary of State to issue disabilities parking decals to expectant mothers during their third trimester, valid for no more than 90 days and subject to renewal based on continued eligibility.

Requires adequate documentation that an expectant mother has entered her third trimester in order to receive the decal or device.

Decals issued to expectant mothers are subject to the same application requirements and expiration date disclosure rules as other disabilities parking decals under the existing statute.
