Amends the Illinois Workers' Compensation Act to establish a rebuttable presumption that post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) in firefighters, EMTs, EMT-Is, A-EMTs, and paramedics arises out of and is causally connected to their employment hazards.

Applies the presumption only to employees who have worked in these positions for at least 5 years at the time they file an Application for Adjustment of Claim.

Exempts private employer EMTs, EMT-Is, A-EMTs, and paramedics whose work is primarily non-emergency medical transfers between medical care facilities.

Specifies that findings under this PTSD presumption are not admissible or res judicata in separate disability claims under the Illinois Pension Code for the same medical condition.
