IL HB3086

Requires the Department of Central Management Services to develop and implement plans to increase employment of individuals in arrears on child support payments within State government.

Mandates the Department prepare and revise an annual employment plan for individuals in child support arrears, developed in consultation with informed individuals and organizations.

Requires all State agencies to submit data to the Department by October 1 each year showing how many employees are in arrears on child support payments.

Requires the Department to submit an annual report to the General Assembly by December 1 that includes agency data, year-over-year comparisons, and details on implementation of the employment plan.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
