Amends the Illinois Dental Practice Act (225 ILCS 25/4) to expand the definition of "public health setting."

Adds "mobile dental van" to the list of facilities that qualify as public health settings, alongside federally qualified health centers, public health facilities, Head Start programs, WIC facilities, and school-based health centers.

Enables public health dental hygienists to operate in mobile dental vans under the same supervision requirements and patient eligibility criteria (Medicaid-eligible or uninsured patients at or below 200% of federal poverty level) as other approved public health settings.
