• Requires third-party delivery services to provide a 25% discount on grocery delivery fees for consumers located in food deserts.

• Directs the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation to conduct a study examining whether delivery service fees vary by zip code, race, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, ethnicity, or socioeconomic status.
