Amends the Critical Health Problems and Comprehensive Health Education Act to add e-cigarettes and other vapor devices to the list of topics required in comprehensive health education curricula.

Requires instruction on tobacco and e-cigarettes/vapor devices to be included as a major educational area alongside existing health topics like sexual abstinence, disease prevention, and mental health.

Maintains existing provisions allowing parents or guardians to opt their children out of AIDS education, family life instruction, and cardiopulmonary resuscitation training by submitting written objection.

Clarifies grammatical structure of the health education curriculum requirements by standardizing punctuation throughout the statute.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
