Amends admission requirements for all Illinois public universities (University of Illinois, Southern Illinois University, Chicago State, Eastern Illinois, Governors State, Illinois State, Northeastern Illinois, Northern Illinois, and Western Illinois) to expand acceptable high school coursework

Adds "agricultural sciences" as an acceptable alternative to laboratory sciences for the 3-year science requirement for university admission

Adds "agricultural education" as an acceptable elective option alongside foreign language, music, career and technical education, or art for the 2-year elective requirement

Replaces the term "vocational education" with "career and technical education" throughout all university admission statutes

Removes outdated references to the "fall of 1993" start date for admission requirements, making the language apply generally to all new students
