Amends the Critical Health Problems and Comprehensive Health Education Act to require instruction on human trafficking awareness in grades 6 through 12.

Human trafficking awareness joins existing required health education topics including disease prevention, sexual abuse and assault awareness, mental health, substance abuse, and cancer information.

Instruction shall be integrated into existing school curricula as part of comprehensive health education programs in all elementary and secondary schools.

Parents or guardians may submit written objection to exempt their child from participating in human trafficking awareness instruction without penalty of suspension or expulsion.

The Act becomes effective immediately upon passage.
