Amends Section 3.4b of the Wildlife Code to expand concealed firearm exemptions beyond law enforcement to any individual authorized by law to possess a concealed firearm

Exempts individuals with concealed firearm authorization from Wildlife Code provisions prohibiting firearm possession during bow and arrow season

Clarifies that the exemption does not authorize use of firearms except as otherwise permitted by law

Maintains existing exemption for current and retired law enforcement officers authorized to possess concealed firearms
