Creates the Domestic Violence Task Force, also known as Colton's Task Force, to conduct a comprehensive review of domestic violence laws and their enforcement across Illinois.

Task Force shall identify gaps in current domestic violence processes and enforcement, develop recommendations to address those gaps, and establish frameworks for victim protective networks, treatment options, and specialty courts.

Membership comprises 30+ members including 2 judges, Attorney General, Director of Illinois State Police, 2 State's Attorneys, 2 law enforcement officers, 4 domestic violence survivors appointed by legislative leaders, and 1 survivor appointed by the Governor.

Task Force shall submit a report with findings and recommendations to the General Assembly and Governor by September 1, 2022.

Act takes effect upon becoming law and is repealed on September 1, 2027; Task Force members serve without compensation.
