• Department of Employment Security prohibited from disclosing an individual's entire social security number in any correspondence sent to individuals or entities.

• Department must develop a process using alternative identifying information instead of social security numbers in correspondence.

• No correspondence from the Department (including certified or registered mail) sent to an individual or entity may contain a social security number as a means of identification.
