• Rescinds driver's license suspensions imposed before July 1, 2021 for failure to pay fines and penalties related to standing, parking, compliance, automated speed enforcement system, and automated traffic law violations.

• Removes language from automated traffic law enforcement sections (11-208.6, 11-208.8, 11-208.9, and 11-1201.1) that authorized the Secretary of State to suspend driving privileges for unpaid automated enforcement violations.

• Eliminates municipalities' and counties' authority to report to the Secretary of State for driver's license suspension proceedings based on unpaid automated traffic and speed enforcement fines.

• Maintains all other enforcement provisions for automated traffic systems, including civil penalties, administrative hearings, and vehicle immobilization procedures.

• Makes technical corrections to traffic code sections governing administrative adjudication of parking, standing, compliance, and automated enforcement violations.
