Amends the Bees and Apiaries Act to prohibit commercial applicators from applying bee-toxic pesticides to blooming crops between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. within one mile of a registered apiary.

Requires commercial applicators to maintain awareness of registered apiaries listed on the sensitive crop registry as of the first day of each month.

Mandates commercial applicators provide written notice to apiary registrants at least 24 hours before pesticide application, including date and time, to allow hive relocation if needed.

Requires commercial applicators to provide pesticide product labels upon request to apiary registrants.

Extends the same protective measures to specialty crops, including fruits, vegetables, tree nuts, dried fruits, horticulture, nursery crops, and floriculture.
