Requires the State Board of Education to establish a statewide online curricula program allowing public schools optional access to coursework, textbooks, videos, tests, software, and other educational materials through an online portal.

Program may support in-person instruction, remote and blended learning, supplement existing curricula, or serve as a stand-alone resource for educators and students.

School boards may adopt policies governing use and implementation of the program.

Permits funding through COVID-19 relief funds and any other available appropriations.

Authorizes the State Board of Education to adopt rules necessary for establishing and implementing the program.
