Amends the Public Utilities Act to require the Director of Retail Market Development to include analysis of additional products and services offered by alternative retail electric suppliers in annual price comparison reports, beginning July 31, 2022.

Specifies products and services to be analyzed in price comparisons, including fixed-price products, green energy products, smart thermostats and energy management hardware, distributed solar resources, and emerging technologies.

Authorizes the Illinois Commerce Commission to request information about specific products or services on a confidential and proprietary basis from alternative retail electric suppliers for report purposes.

Allows the Commission to include additional energy savings and marketing savings programs as they develop in the competitive retail electric market.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
