Establishes a certification program through the Department for lodging establishments that comply with human trafficking recognition training requirements under Section 15 of the Lodging Services Human Trafficking Recognition Training Act

Requires the Department to maintain an Internet website where the public can verify a lodging establishment's certification status

Prohibits the State, units of local government, and school districts from spending funds on lodging, conference space, or event hosting at non-certified establishments

Requires government entities to verify a lodging establishment's current certification status on the Department's website before expending or committing funds for lodging-related purposes
