Amends Section 25-105 of the State Officials and Employees Ethics Act to expand the Legislative Inspector General's investigative authority.

Allows the Legislative Inspector General to investigate any allegation or complaint under their jurisdiction without requiring approval from the Legislative Ethics Commission.

Previously limited investigations to sexual harassment allegations; this bill broadens the scope to all matters within the Inspector General's jurisdiction.

Requires the Legislative Inspector General to inform the Legislative Ethics Commission at each meeting about investigations opened since the previous meeting.
