HB3555 Summary

• Reduces workers' compensation benefit amounts for specific injuries (thumbs, fingers, toes, eyes, arms, feet, legs) to the rates that were in effect before February 1, 2006.

• Establishes three compensation schedules based on injury date: pre-February 1, 2006 rates; February 1, 2006 to effective date of this bill rates; and post-enactment rates (reverting to pre-2006 levels).

• Applies retroactively to injuries occurring before February 1, 2006, reducing previously increased benefit amounts that had been established by prior legislation.

• Effective immediately upon becoming law.
