Amends the Workers' Compensation Act to establish pricing rules for custom compound medications prepared in pharmacies by licensed pharmacists.

Custom compound medications are limited to a one-time 7-day supply unless the employer preauthorizes a longer prescription period.

Compound medications must meet five conditions for payment approval: no readily available commercial equivalent exists, no other FDA-approved alternative is appropriate, active ingredients have National Drug Code numbers and FDA approval, the drug has not been withdrawn for safety reasons, and the prescriber can demonstrate clinical appropriateness.

Charges for custom compound medications shall be based on the Average Wholesale Price (AWP) of each component drug using its original manufacturer's National Drug Code number, prorated for the amount used, plus a single dispensing fee determined by the Commission.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
