Amends Illinois Criminal Code to increase mandatory minimum sentences for aggravated criminal sexual assault that does not otherwise provide enhanced penalties by adding 5 years to the term of imprisonment imposed by the court, classified as a Class X felony.

Increases the mandatory minimum sentence for predatory criminal sexual assault of a child from 6 years to 11 years for violations involving victims under 13 years of age, maintaining the Class X felony classification.

Maintains enhanced penalties for aggravated criminal sexual assault involving weapons (10-25 years added) and predatory sexual assault with firearms or serious bodily harm (15-20 years added or natural life imprisonment).

Applies enhanced sentencing provisions to offenders age 18 and older; offenders under 18 are subject to separate sentencing guidelines under the Unified Code of Corrections.

Establishes natural life imprisonment sentences for second or subsequent sexual assault convictions and for predatory sexual assault of multiple victims, regardless of whether offenses occurred as related or separate acts.
