Creates the Social Media Platforms Liability for Incitement of Violence Act governing social media platform responsibilities for user-generated content.

Defines "incitement of violence" as speech that creates an immediate risk of harm to a specific person or persons or to property.

Requires social media platforms with actual knowledge of posts causing incitement of violence to remove such posts within 24 hours.

Imposes a civil penalty of $10,000 per violation for failure to comply with the 24-hour removal requirement.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
