Creates the Veterans' Disability Compensation Task Force to assess ways Illinois can improve federal approval rates for disability compensation claims and address disparities between Illinois veterans and veterans in other states

Task Force membership includes 19 total members: chairs and minority spokespersons from both House and Senate Veterans' Affairs Committees, plus 15 appointed members from county Veterans Assistance Commissions, Veteran Service Officers, and VITAS officials

Members serve without compensation but may receive travel expense reimbursement; Task Force must hold initial meeting within 60 days of the Act's effective date and meet at least quarterly thereafter

Illinois Department of Veterans' Affairs must provide administrative and other support to the Task Force

Task Force must submit a report with findings and recommendations to the Governor and General Assembly by July 1, 2022; the Act's provisions repeal on July 1, 2023
