• Department of State Police shall revoke a Firearm Owner's Identification Card for one year if a cardholder reports firearms lost or stolen in 3 separate incidents within a 2-year period.

• Law enforcement agencies must report to the Department of State Police when they have knowledge that a cardholder has reported lost or stolen firearms in 3 separate incidents within 2 years.

• An "incident" means each occasion firearms are lost or stolen regardless of quantity, and recovery of a previously unreported lost or stolen firearm counts as an incident.

• Attempt to acquire a firearm by use of a revoked Firearm Owner's Identification Card is established as a Class 4 felony offense.
