Prohibits Illinois employers from creating, implementing, or enforcing workplace vaccination programs that require employees to demonstrate receipt of COVID-19 vaccines approved under FDA emergency use authorization.

Applies only to vaccines approved under Section 564 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act for COVID-19 protection.

Established as the COVID-19 Workplace Vaccination Program Limitation Act with an automatic repeal date of January 1, 2023.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
