Amends the Workers' Compensation Act to clarify that nothing in the Act limits, prevents, or preempts recovery by an employee under the Biometric Information Privacy Act.

Maintains existing protections that covered employees cannot sue their employers for work-related injuries except through workers' compensation benefits, with limited exceptions.

Preserves the right of illegally employed minors to reject workers' compensation benefits and pursue common law or statutory remedies to recover damages within 6 months of injury or death.

Allows employees to pursue third-party claims for damages from parties other than their employer when those third parties bear legal liability for the injury or death.
