IL HB3718

Deletes existing language prohibiting persons from intentionally or wantonly allowing a dog to hunt on another's land or waters.

Makes it unlawful for a dog owner to send a hunting dog onto property without permission from the owner or tenant.

Establishes tiered penalties: $75 for first offense, $250 for second offense on same property, and $5,000 for third or subsequent offense on same property.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
