Excludes payments from county boards of election commissioners for work performed as a judge of elections on election day from the definition of "wages" under the Unemployment Insurance Act.

Specifies that unemployed individuals working as board workers for county election boards on election day shall not be deemed unavailable for work or ineligible for unemployment benefits solely because of such election work.

Amends Section 235 of the Unemployment Insurance Act to add this exclusion as subsection G.

Amends Section 402 of the Unemployment Insurance Act to clarify that election day work does not disqualify individuals from receiving unemployment benefits.
