• Mandates Pretrial Order Reports include data on initial pretrial bond hearings, release conditions (personal recognizance, monetary bail amounts with breakdowns by percentile), detention orders, and bail decisions anonymously by judge.

• Requires Pretrial Custody and Release Reports to track jail admissions/discharges by demographics, charge type, and bail status; monitor pretrial jail population including length of stay; and measure release effectiveness through failure-to-appear and new charge data at 30-day, 180-day, and 1-year intervals.

• Mandates sheriffs, court clerks, and county boards submit required data monthly or quarterly to the Authority in specified formats for report compilation.

• Requires county boards to annually report money bond collection and distribution, including amounts by entity, sheriff fees for bond processing, and documentation of fee increases.
