Amends the Illinois Governmental Ethics Act to require expanded financial disclosure on statements of economic interest specifically for General Assembly members and candidates for the General Assembly, including their immediate family members

Requires disclosure of all business associations, all income sources exceeding $1,000, and securities valued over $5,000 owned by the filer or relatives

Mandates reporting of known blind trusts, real property owned (excluding primary residence), and names of creditors owed debts exceeding $10,000

Requires disclosure of any contracts between the filer or relatives and the State of Illinois, as well as any business associations with registered lobbyists

Adds eight new categories to the existing statement of economic interests form that apply only to legislators and legislative candidates, creating more stringent disclosure requirements than those for other public officials
