Legalizes the use of airbows for deer hunting in Illinois by amending the Wildlife Code to add airbows alongside traditional bows and arrows as permitted hunting equipment

Defines "airbow" as a bow and arrow device that applies 150 pounds of force in the form of compressed air to an arrow over a 25-inch power stroke

Permits airbow use during all deer hunting seasons where bows are currently allowed, including the archery season (September 1 through January 31), muzzleloader season, and special harvest periods for disease management or surplus deer

Requires the Department of Natural Resources to establish standards and specifications for airbow use through administrative rules, similar to existing regulations for guns and traditional bows

Prohibits hunters who have taken their legal limit of deer by bow and arrow or airbow from continuing to participate in deer hunting parties with those devices
