Amends the Illinois Wildlife Code to include wild swine as a protected species, with new definitions covering feral swine, Eurasian wild boar (Sus scrofa), and hybrids between them.

Permits wild swine to be taken by hunting methods at any time of year without seasonal restrictions.

Allows wild swine to be taken during open season using a small light worn on the body or hand-held by a person on foot, not in any vehicle.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
