Eliminates interest accrual on judgments arising from child support orders, changing them from bearing monthly interest calculated at one-twelfth of the statutory rate to bearing no interest.

Modifies Section 2-1303 of the Code of Civil Procedure to exclude child support judgments from the standard 9% per annum interest rate applied to other court judgments.

Modifies Section 12-109 to explicitly state that judgments from child support orders shall not bear interest, removing the previous detailed provisions for calculating monthly interest on unpaid child support balances.

Applies to all child support judgments entered after the effective date of the amendment from the 101st General Assembly.
