IL HB3919

Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code Section 11-208.3 to establish a minimum threshold for vehicle immobilization programs.

Requires that the number of unpaid final determinations of parking, standing, compliance, automated speed enforcement system, or automated traffic law violations must be at least 5 before a vehicle becomes eligible for immobilization under municipal or county ordinance.

Applies to municipalities and counties that have established administrative adjudication systems for traffic violations and vehicle compliance matters.
