Amends Section 6-308 of the Illinois Vehicle Code regarding procedures for traffic violations and failure to appear.

Changes the condition for restoring driving privileges from "until notified by the ordering court that the person has appeared and resolved the violation" to "until notified by the ordering court that the person has appeared and the court has entered a final order regarding the person's guilt or innocence."

Requires a final court determination of guilt or innocence before the Secretary of State can remove a Failure to Appear suspension and restore driving privileges, rather than allowing restoration upon mere resolution of the violation.
