Creates new criminal offense of misrepresenting an animal as a service animal under the Criminal Code of 2012.

Applies when a person knowingly misrepresents a non-service animal as a service animal to obtain accommodation in a place of public accommodation or transportation on a public conveyance that prohibits non-service animals.

Establishes penalties as a petty offense with fines of $250 for first offense, $500 for second offense, and $750 for third or subsequent offenses.

Defines "service animal" and "place of public accommodation" by reference to existing Illinois law (Section 48-8 and Illinois Human Rights Act Section 5-101).

Takes effect upon becoming law.
