Creates a private right of action for social media users in Illinois (age 18+) against website operators who purposely delete, censor, or use algorithms to disfavor religious or political speech.

Awards users a minimum of $75,000 in statutory damages per censorship incident, plus actual damages, punitive damages if aggravating factors exist, and reasonable attorney's fees and costs for prevailing parties.

Prohibits social media websites from using "hate speech" as a legal defense, defining hate speech as content an individual finds offensive based on personal moral code.

Applies only to public social media websites with more than 75,000,000 subscribers that have not been specifically affiliated with any one religion or political party since inception.

Exempts content that calls for immediate violence, is obscene or pornographic, results from operational error or court order, involves false personation, entices criminal conduct, or involves minors bullying minors; also exempts user-to-user censorship and becomes effective July 1, 2021.
