Rockford Park District may sell all or part of the former Elliot Golf Course property or adjacent property with 80% or greater approval from its board of commissioners.

Sale price must equal or exceed the average of 3 independent appraisals commissioned by the Rockford Park District.

Sales may occur as a single transaction or multiple independent transactions to one or more buyers.

City of Rockford Public Works Department has the right to review any proposed development plan submitted to the Village of Cherry Valley to ensure it does not adversely impact drainage, water detention, or flooding on property covered by a perpetual flowage easement recorded March 17, 1995.

City of Rockford Public Works Department must complete its development plan review within 45 days of receiving the plan from the Village of Cherry Valley.
