• Allows township road districts in counties with populations under 400,000 to form joint committees with township boards instead of separate committees, with joint reports containing separate sections for each entity.

• Requires committees to conduct resident surveys via email at the conclusion of each meeting and allows surveys to be conducted electronically if residents provide valid email addresses.

• Exempts the Decennial Committees on Local Government Efficiency Act from state reimbursement requirements under the State Mandates Act.
