Prohibits commercial applicators from applying bee-toxic pesticides to blooming crops between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. within one mile of registered apiaries.

Requires commercial applicators to maintain awareness of registered apiaries on the sensitive crop registry as of the first day of each month.

Mandates commercial applicators provide written notice to apiary registrants at least 24 hours before pesticide application, including date and time, to allow for hive relocation if needed.

Requires commercial applicators to provide a copy of pesticide product labels upon request.

Extends the same bee-toxic pesticide protections to all specialty crops including fruits, vegetables, tree nuts, dried fruits, and nursery crops.
