HB4250 Summary

• Increases the maximum number of farm truck registrations an owner may obtain from 5 to 10 vehicles.

• Increases the maximum number of those farm trucks that can exceed 59,500 gross weight pounds from 2 to 5 vehicles.

• Amends Section 3-815 of the Illinois Vehicle Code regarding farm truck registration fees and weight classifications.

• Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
