The notice must remind net metering customers to ensure their eligible renewable energy system is registered with their current electricity provider

The notice must also remind customers to verify they are receiving proper credits for net metering from their new electricity provider

This requirement applies to customers who have solar, wind, or other eligible renewable electrical generating facilities on their premises
