Prohibits requiring teacher performance assessment (TPA) submissions by video or audio for educator licensure candidates beginning July 1, 2022.

Allows candidates to submit a written letter instead, signed by the school principal, supervising licensed educator, and academic advisor stating the candidate meets TPA requirements.

Clarifies that submitting a written letter does not waive the requirement to pass the State Board-approved teacher performance assessment.

Requires the State Board of Education to develop a standard form for candidates to use when submitting the written letter alternative.
