Amends the Health Care Worker Background Check Act to modify Section 26 regarding the Health Care Worker Registry

Adds federal taxpayer identification number as an alternative to Social Security number for individuals listed in the registry

Registry includes individuals who completed required training under the Nursing Home Care Act, MC/DD Act, or ID/DD Community Care Act, or who are acting as nursing assistants, habilitation aides, home health aides, or child care aides

Requires individuals on the registry to notify the Department of address changes within 30 days

Department must consolidate information from registries established under the Nursing Home Care Act, MC/DD Act, and ID/DD Community Care Act into the Health Care Worker Registry
